Runner Things #2790
Posted on 05 Jul, 2014
There's no denying I'm a runner. I used to be afraid of running through the streets. What if I fall? What if I get hurt? What if someone sees me this vulnerable? I used to be afraid of falling in love for the same reasons. I was afraid of being so overwhelmed by another person that I'd lose grip on myself. Sometimes I'm so consumed by my run that I take a wrong turn but I always find my way home. So I'll fall in love and scrape my knees doing it. I'll let passing cars flash their lights, honk their horns and shine their headlights in the eyes of this love. And I'll get lost.
