Running tip: Always out of breath? You're probably running too tense. Try to get your shoulders and chest loose. Run tall and relaxed not tight and tense. Avoid your shoulders being stiff and get your chest open. The more you expand your lungs the more efficient your use of the oxygen in each breath.
